Wieland is hiring a Cat Cell Operator. The Cat Cell Operator will be responsible to Prepare and utilize the application of the Saw Machine to cut tubing to required size listed on specifications. This role is located in Duncansville, PA and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: 19.78

Schedule: 1st shift for 60-90 day training, then 3rd shift 11p-7a

Pay Schedule: weekly

Cat Cell Operator Responsibilities:

Maintains safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment as required
• Maintains effective communication with other employees, including supervisor/management and during shift changes
• Produces material within prescribed tolerances with focus on the "next customer" in a timely manner
• Performs set-up after analyzing traveler ticket (production order sheets) getting tools and gages for making proper machine adjustments
• Processes cut to length samples, and measures to check cut length and squareness of cut
• Proportionately fills machine(s) with lube of proper mix, checks for burrs and replaces blades as necessary
• Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work environment
• Demonstrates proficiency in the various tasks identified on the machine's training evaluation form
• Able to work overtime a business needs require
• Cross-trains in other areas as needed

• Maintain thorough knowledge of equipment/machine specific SOP's
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge utilizing measuring devices
