Director - Software Business Transformation

Juniper's Software Business transformation team is looking for a Business Transformation leader. Juniper is transforming. Part of our transformation is to deliver an outstanding Software experience across the Juniper portfolio of devices and off box software offering. We need a strong leader able to drive the Strategy and Execution of Key Software initiatives across the company in order to drive incremental revenue and improve our customer and partner experience.

Responsibilities:



  • Secure Development Lifecycle

    • Responsible for Secure Development Lifecycle, including Junos/EVO, Mist, Apstra, SSR etc
    • Build proposal support abilities
    • Rationalize the split engineering support for SDL between CTG and IT for Juniper products
    • Drive improvements in the various development teams to meet requirements such as the US Secure Software Development attestations, UK TSA, India Trusted Telecom Portal, NCCS, etc

  • Enterprise Agreements

    • Assist the existing team to drive adoption of EAs throughout the company (inside and outside the USA)
    • Be the liaison with the field (direct and indirect) to drive incremental revenue

  • Safe House initiative

    • Drive initiative to completion
    • Secure budget and approval for Hardware Root of Trust
    • Orchestrate Safe house planning for SBO



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Masters in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline
  • 10 or more years of experience in Networking industry
  • Program Management Leadership experience
  • Strong experience with product lifecycles, from concept, product inception to end-of-life, with specific examples of managing challenging product transitions with demanding customers
  • Bias for action


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Direct Software Operations experience, leading transformational change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding technical and business presentation skills for audiences that includes executives, partners, analysts, customer


Other Information:



  • Relocation is not available for this position
  • Travel requirements for the position <10-15%>


Minimum Salary: $202,400.00

Maximum Salary:$290,950.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $202,400.00 and $290,950.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
