Our team is looking for a reliable and independent Senior Executive Assistant to join them. You will support the Corporate Controller and General Counsel and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

In this role, you will leverage your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach to manage executive schedules and complex travel arrangements. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing critical support to our top executives and contributing significantly to our financial reporting processes.

To be considered for the Senior Executive Assistant role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

  • An associate degree, or a combination education and equivalent professional experience, may also be considered.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in an administrative role of similar scope, including at least 2 years supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple executive calendarsand coordinating complex meeting resources efficiently.
  • Proven experience in arranging comprehensive travel itineraries, including booking international flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences, including senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions proactively.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with other relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, CRM systems) is a plus.

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Controller, General Counsel, and their teams, including meeting coordination, communications facilitation, document management, event planning, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the financial reporting process by supporting the Corporate Controller and finance team, including loading financial reports, coordinating Audit Committee materials, and preparing SEC filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q).
  • Manage shifting priorities and meet changing deadlines with initiative and discretion.
  • Ensure professional and effective interactions between the corporate accounting function and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records for easy access to active and historical documentation.

Salary Range Transparency:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
