Integrated Warfare Systems Group comprises more than 100 staff that provide program and project management, systems and digital engineering, software, test & evaluation, product support, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT support to more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects in the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) and customers in Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the Navy's Team Submarine Office.

SPA has an immediate need for a Mid or Senior Depot and Installation SME. #MC



Responsibilities

SPA is seeking a Senior Depot and Installation SME to provide programmatic and technical support to the MK-59 program within the Navy's Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0). A hybrid work environment is acceptable; however, you must have the ability to be onsite at NSWC Crane installation regularly. Travel up to 10% of the time is possible.

You will serve as a highly qualified advisor for all activities related to MK-59 program depot level maintenance, installation, and sustainment operations. You will be empowered to lead and act on behalf of program or functional leads ensuring NSWC Crane activities are maintaining operational readiness and efficiency. You will join a high performing Government and contractor team regularly working with stakeholders from industry, the PEO, Warfare Centers, Navy Labs and University Affiliated Research Centers on complex issues facing the portfolio. You can expect to be the driving force for depot and installation communications between the IWS 2.0 program office and NSWC Crane.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    At least 15 years of experience, including NSWC Crane Depot experience
  • Must hold and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
