About the role: As a Product Analyst Specialist, you'll manage the life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of new Teller products, enhancements and releases to market. You'll build an understanding of the client and customer needs, set the strategy for the teller space, and define the product roadmap to meet market requirements. You will be deeply involved in the overall product life cycle, profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction and sales success rate. About the team: Our teller product offering is currently used across hundreds of clients and multiple cores. The team is working to consolidate and improve our teller suite to bring modern technology to bear on a well-used customer experience. We need a leader with the rare skillset that includes an understanding of Teller (software + hardware) and modern tooling (cloud, CICD, observability, etc.). What you'll be doing:
