About the role:

As a Product Analyst Specialist, you'll manage the life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of new Teller products, enhancements and releases to market. You'll build an understanding of the client and customer needs, set the strategy for the teller space, and define the product roadmap to meet market requirements. You will be deeply involved in the overall product life cycle, profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction and sales success rate.

About the team:

Our teller product offering is currently used across hundreds of clients and multiple cores. The team is working to consolidate and improve our teller suite to bring modern technology to bear on a well-used customer experience. We need a leader with the rare skillset that includes an understanding of Teller (software + hardware) and modern tooling (cloud, CICD, observability, etc.).

What you'll be doing:

  • Key Product Management responsibilities, including building strategies, prioritizing work, and crafting product requirements.
  • Drive the lifecycle of user journeys for a specific product or group of products from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
  • Serves as the central decision-maker around resourcing ongoing efforts, as well as driving highest quality for what we deliver to our clients.
  • Managing life cycle product planning activities and high quality delivery of Teller products, enhancements, and releases to market
  • Defines product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, and more

What you bring:

  • Understanding of Teller systems (software + hardware)
  • Experience withmodern technology (CI/CD, Automated Testing, etc.)
  • Banking, financial services and/or financial technology experience
  • Ability to speak to a large client base knowledgeably and engage them in seeking conversations
  • A desire to improve the lives of everyday people through the technologies they use to access their money
  • Bachelor's degreeincomputerscienceorinformationsystemsortheequivalentexperience

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $153,180.00 - $257,360.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
