What You'll Do:

This position is responsible for product research, implementations, and driving Agile product lifecycle processes within LGE's digital unit, to bring innovation, growth, and member engagement to LGE's mobile app and digital banking platform. The Digital Banking Analyst position will work with business units at the credit union to identify, implement, and integrate new/relevant digital products & services and drive deeper engagement among LGE's digital users. The ability to research & communicate ideas, drive product delivery, build strong internal & external relationships, create order from ambiguity, and exercise good judgement are keys to success in this role.

Essential Functions:

  • Implement new digital banking products and services for members, and improving the digital support experience for LGE staff
  • Onboard, integrate with, and grow new FinTech services to deliver innovative digital banking solutions to members
  • Surface demand and document business requirements for new digital solutions from members and internal lines of business
  • Proactively identify and drive improvements to digital product and operations' policies, processes, and procedures
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver superior digital experiences for members and staff
  • Develop documentation to enhance knowledge base and self-service opportunities within the digital department
  • Generate meaningful insights from member feedback and system metrics to ensure success of the LGE digital experience
  • Provide administrative and operational support to digital product internal/external systems
  • Research and contribute insights to position LGE as a market leader in digital banking
  • Collect, revise, and manage vendor onboarding and due diligence documentation
  • Own project and task updates during product and project implementations
  • Perform additional responsibilities critical to the digital department's mission and success
  • Be familiar with and follow all policies, procedures and processes which have been established to meet compliance requirements of all applicable federal regulations and InfoSec best practices. This includes but is not limited to the Privacy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Reg. CC, Patriot Act, and PCI-DSS

Who you are:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in a digital or technology related field and/or 3+ years experience in a digital analyst, financial core system, or product management role
  • Preferred: 3+ years experience in a credit union or financial services industry
  • Preferred: Familiarity with product/software development methodologies, mobile app/digital technology implementations, and IT development practices
  • Proactive self-starter who is able to make critical decisions individually and in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively across business lines with strategic planning and strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a demanding and rapidly-changing environment
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge and interest of emerging mobile/digital technology trends
