This position is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

The Corporate Development Intern will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), competitive analysis, financial modeling, and market research. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate finance and strategy, offering exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional business operations.

Internship could extend beyond summer, transitioning into a part-time position during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating potential acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and divestitures.
  • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
  • Support financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A and strategic projects.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and board meetings.
  • Assist in due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing financial, operational, and market data.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to support transaction execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and investment activity in REV Group's markets.
  • Support other strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to conduct research, synthesize information, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Progress towards the CFA designation is a plus
  • Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A processes.
  • Familiarity with public company financial statements and SEC filings.
