What this job involves -

We are seeking a skilled Plumber and Pipefitter with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of plumbing and pipefitting duties, including installation, maintenance, and repair of various plumbing systems.

Your day to day:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general plumbing duties in commercial and industrial environments
• Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, neutralization tanks, chilled water piping, and heating and hot water piping systems, backflows ect..
• Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing and piping installation codes
• Interact professionally with customers and address their concerns
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency situations
• Be available for overtime work as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing and/or pipefitting
• State of Ohio backflow license
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing and piping installation codes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various positions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumber certification
• Experience with building automation systems
• Familiarity with energy-efficient plumbing solutions

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position with occasional overtime
• Participation in on-call rotation for emergency response
