Responsibilities
- Knowledge of PC hardware components, desktop operating system software and application software
- Basic knowledge of networking, servers and cyber hygiene
- Able to maintain complete confidentiality with data
- Provide desktop technical support to staff in the Denver office as well as other Page offices including supporting remote staff
- Day to day break fix; (troubleshooting, components, installation, adds / moves / changes, user administration, access control);
- Computer imaging and deployment
- Occasional evening or weekend hours as needed
- Knowledge of Autodesk and Bluebeam products a plus
- Knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), building packages and deploying systems a plus
Qualifications
- One year college level course work and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), CompTIA A+, or equivalent
- Minimum of five years providing end-user support for current PC desktop and application software OR three years installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers in an enterprise environment;
- Expert at providing a high level of customer service in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask
- May sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer
- Able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking
- Reliable transportation needed to travel to and from locations daily
- Ability to clearly communicate both in person and in writing at various levels of the organization
- Ability to be a team player
- Fast study and ability to deal with high stress situations
- Additional duties, as assigned
- Must be able to pass a U.S. government security clearance
Base Compensation: $60,000 - $90,0000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and/or location) At Page, we offer Health Care, Vision, Dental, Life, Travel, and Disability Plans, paid time off, matching 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) plus eligibility to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
