Starting Pay: $18.00 Job Description: The Pathway of Hope Case Coordinator implements the social service aspect of the Pathway of Hope Case Management model by utilizing strength-based case management. This position provides resources and support to individuals to ensure the mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out. What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field required. You can change/add requirements based on job duties and budget guidelines. Background Checks: Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed. Experience: Minimum of one to two years' experience in social services and/or case management. Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe from Harm training within the first 90 days of employment; Caseworker Certification Program within 120 days of hire; SIMS data training within 30 days of hire. Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: This position may supervise volunteers working in a mentoring relationship with clients. Travel: Travel may be required to adequately address the needs of Pathway of Hope clients. Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office and community center environment; May require weekend and evening work.
