You are the Inventory and Logistics Manager that will b e responsible for day to day operation of the processes and systems related to servicing customers and supporting Sales Representatives, and warehouse initiatives to achieve Exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, productivity and business goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Oversees daily activities, and manages all aspects of employees in the department: hiring, selecting, training and development, performance management and appraisal, disciplinary action and desire behavior reinforcement
  • Develops operation plans and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of performance to ensure profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company
  • Directs customer services, products and warehouse logistic issues, and providing a long-term effective resolution
  • Directs and monitors employees to achieve goals of the department in accordance with established work procedures and safety guidelines
  • Conducts regular staff and management meeting to discuss challenges, share information, communicate and set priorities together that align with the company business direction in addition to forming any changes or updates on all matter within the company that will affect performance and results
  • Collaborates with other departments and maintain cooperative and strong relationships
  • Manages Warehouse, Returns, Shipping and Spare Parts, Inventory control departments, and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within those departments.
  • Meets company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
  • Performs other duties as assigned


RELATED DUTIES: This position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 years' pervious operations management experience
  • Experience in warehouse, shipping, inventory control, call center environment or distribution center
  • Preferred experience in dental and medical equipment/devices industry
