The Job at a Glance As an integral part of our rapidly growing team, Parts Identification Specialists (internally known as Parts Detectives) are primarily responsible for answering inbound calls (as the Manufacturer) to provide our mutual customers with the correct repair part numbers. The salary range for this role is $18.06/hr - $24.17 hourly which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
