In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our legal strategy by negotiating and drafting contracts, identifying potential risks, and providing vital legal guidance to business partners. What You'll Do:

  • Negotiate & Draft Contracts: Review, redline, and negotiate a variety of contracts, addressing potential risks and ensuring alignment with corporate policies.

  • Provide Strategic Legal Counsel: Identify and assess legal risks and deliver actionable advice to mitigate those risks across various transactions.

  • Collaborate & Support: Work closely with General Counsel, paralegal, and business teams to provide legal guidance on day-to-day operations, regulatory inquiries, and strategic initiatives.

  • Legal Operations & Process Improvement: Assist with legal holds, e-discovery, contract management best practices, and process improvements.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Conduct research on federal and state regulations and support responses to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Legal Professional: 5+ years of in-house corporate law experience, with a focus on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

  • Sharp & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Multitasker Extraordinaire: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and set clear expectations for deliverables.

  • Collaborative & Adaptable: A true team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and adapt your communication style to different audiences.

  • Legal Expertise: JD from an accredited law school, active bar membership (GA preferred), and familiarity with contract management software.

  • Bonus Points: Experience in healthcare staffing, government contracts, and legal department operations is a plus.
