JOB DESCRIPTION
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Windows and Linux-based applications for Production and Development in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting in driving the planning and execution of annual technology continuity exercises as well as preparing for real-life disruptive events to the enterprise. Additional responsibilities include configuring and supporting operational aspects of enterprise applications (Windows and Linux-based), identifying and correcting performance issues, and providing technical and operational support to applications development, infrastructure teams, DevOps and end-users. The incumbent will be involved in supporting and troubleshooting all aspects of application functionality, Capacity and Performance Management, Asset Management, Application Monitoring and Alerting, software installation and configuration, technical support, server security management, hardware configuration and procurement. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work onsite at our Alpharetta, GA office for 1-2 days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
