Your Opportunity:Venture Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a Translation Services Product Specialist to join our team. The Product Specialist will be responsible for driving flagship applications and services. In this role, you will own the customer experience of our translation applications as well as the complete workflow. You will partner closely with leadership to develop product strategies, own the roadmap, and drive customer value through our systems and business. You will closely coordinate with our IT, Sales/Marketing and Operations Teams to understand the business goals, design, coordinate, and incorporate features.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the implementation and integration of applications and processes.
  • Provide progress communication and financial updates based on defined standards to team members, stakeholders, sponsors, and the organization.
  • Maintain active client feedback and feature enhancement request list.
  • Work closely with sales, BAs, and senior leadership to create and maintain a product backlog according to business values, objectives, and feature ROI.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlogs, assist with product vision, roadmap, growth opportunities, and forward-looking innovation projects.
  • Document product requirements, user stories, defects, and more by providing detailed acceptance criteria, descriptions, and definitions, and answering questions when additional clarification is needed.
  • Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize features to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with the product strategy.
  • Lead product release planning, coordination, and training, including documentation updates and coordinating education and training for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Support.
  • Assist senior leadership with market research, industry trends, competitive analysis, user research, and maintaining both tactical and strategic roadmaps.
  • Verify the completion of new features and their readiness for release to customers.
  • Coordinate beta test efforts and manage resulting test feedback.
  • Use various customer feedback channels to continually drive customer-driven enhancements into products.
  • Conduct surveys, in-person interviews, and focus groups to identify highly desired product features or enhancements.
  • Assist in the strategic management of the external translation services partner vendor.

You Must Have:

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Ability to read, understand, and create moderately complex standard requirements artifacts, such as Use Cases, Story Boards, Requirements Matrices, and Process Maps
  • SaaS product delivery end-to-end experience
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to all levels of an organization, partners, and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate software projects across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated success in Time Management
  • Proficiency with Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office

We Also Would Prefer:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
