We are looking for a Market Access Analytics Lead with strong strategic, collaborative, and business skills to join us in our Market Access team. This hybrid role is based in our Smyrna, GA office.
About the role
You will be responsible for overseeing key business projects and partnerships that support Market Access Teams. This role is crucial in enhancing the organization's understanding of payer and channel data, informing strategic decision-making, and driving performance in compliance with industry regulations and compliance policies.
Who you'll work with
Reporting to the Head of Market Access Strategic Planning, Insights & Analytics, you will work with cross-functional teams, including National Government & Strategic Accounts, Channel & Trade Relations, Pricing & Contracting, Business Units, Legal, Ethics & Business Integrity and the Payer Value Strategy Team.
What you'll do
* Unify data to refine and reinforce Market Access Strategy, improving patient journeys and maximizing effectiveness across portfolios.
* Develop, monitor, and enhance performance metrics, dashboards, and business reviews.
* Source and analyze account performance, utilization data, contract performance data, and portal data.
* Create and maintain platforms (e.g., Qlik Sense) for tracking progress through dashboards and scorecards.
* Lead the development and implementation of channel data modernization and report development using tools like Tableau and Qlik Sense.
* Perform in-depth analytics to track channel drivers, growth trends, and performance metrics.
* Monitor distribution, chargebacks, EDI data, and Specialty Pharmacy data to ensure consistency with agreements.
* Assist with budget planning, allocation, and tracking.
* Accumulate and source financial insights and corporate objectives.
* Drive efficiency and productivity with inter-departmental stakeholders and external partners.
* Manage end-of-quarter and end-of-year business reviews, as well as ad hoc customer demands.
* Analyze Specialty Pharmacy Liaison and SPIRF programs to maximize their effectiveness.
* Communicate results and strategic changes to internal teams.

Minimum requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Analytics or Business (Master's preferred).
* 3 years experience in pharmaceutical payer, PBM, specialty, and distribution channels.
* Over 10 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred requirements
* Demonstrated excellence in developing business strategies, business management, project management, and business analytics.
* Proven experience in account management, payer value strategy, market access leadership, Insights2Impact, and finance.
* Knowledge of US pharmaceutical regulatory and marketing regulations, as well as compliance guidelines.
* Strong strategic, collaborative, and business skills.
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $164,000 - $215,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
