Manufacturing Technician, 3rd shift, 10 pm to 6:30 am (Sun-Thurs)

The Role:

Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a manufacturing Technician to join our team. This will be on 3rd Shift and be working with other team players in our Ceramic and Coating area where vacuum processing, coating operations are performed to accomplish for Echucks and PECVD jobs. This coating operator will support running several coating tools but also should be willing to cross train across other cells to support business needs.

What You'll Do:

• Follow safety best practices and PPE on the production floor.

• Follow production priorities and load the coating tools according to the priorities.

• Perform basic maintenance and inspection on the coating tool.

• Inspecting and setting up parts for coating while maintaining quality.

• Fixture, run and de-fixture parts from coating tools.

• Perform confirmations using SAP for work done

• Enter data into CamLine

• Able to read part schematics from customers and engineers.

• Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.

What We Seek:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Minimum of 3yrs manufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)

• Able to train on 2nd Shift and work on weekend Overtime when needed.

• Able to work around chemicals (IPA, Acetone, HCL and FeCl)

• Able to work Sunday through Thursday

• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience

• Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other area

• Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine etc)
