The City of Northfield is recruiting for a Pool Manager at the Old Memorial Pool. This position is responsible for all operations at the pool facility to assure successful operation of the outdoor pool in accordance with the City of Northfield's vision and mission statements. Part time hours, including evening and weekends. Qualifications - Required: Current certification in American Red Cross LGT, CPR-Pro-Rescue, First-Aid. Ability to work from the end of May to the end of August. Special Requirements - Desired: Certified Pool Operator (CPO); Water Safety Instructor (WSI); Lifeguard Training Instructor (LGT-I) Previous supervisory/management experience in aquatics.
