Note: APA operates on a 37.5-hour work week with one hour lunch breaks each day. APA sets salaries based on several considerations, including years of relevant experience, level of education, and previous staff and/or governance experience at APA.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Solutions Manager and Agile Delivery Lead to join our Financial, Budget and HR (FBH) agile team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions in a financial environment, with a strong background in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience Required:



  • 5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions in a financial environment, including at least 2 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrades. Experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises to the Azure Cloud is desirable.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, security, and integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Microsoft Power Apps for low-code application development.
  • Knowledge of Lanham extensions for Supply Chain Management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a must.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and compliance, especially in the areas of Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Management, eCommerce, and General Accounting strongly desired.
  • Portfolio Management experience in developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio/roadmap, integrating O&M initiatives with business-related projects.
  • Project Management experience for planning, execution, and risk management of initiatives within the portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, facilitating ceremonies, and breaking down roadmap activities by sprint milestones.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to gather and prioritize requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to develop strategies for managing technical debt and driving digital transformation.
  • Strong self-organization, self-management, and ability to maintain composure in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive business value, and manage stakeholder expectations.


Computer Skills Required:



  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises 2023 release wave 1 and higher.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with integration technologies, including APIs and Microsoft Connectors.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desired.


Responsibility:



  • Partner with the Finance, Budget, and HR (FBH) Product Owner and Capability Owner to establish and manage the FBH team roadmap and priorities.
  • Coordinate with the FBH Capability Owner and Technical Team to establish a strategy and portfolio of activities necessary to manage technical debt. Incorporate these O&M initiatives with approved business projects to establish a well-rounded portfolio and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with ITS Agile teams working together on large, multi-departmental initiatives, ensuring FBH is represented in all cross-team activities.
  • Ensure roadmap activities align with sprint milestones and quarterly goals.
  • Facilitate scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while addressing O&M/Production Support issues alongside improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with the PO and CO to prepare executive and stakeholder presentations and communications on the health of the roadmap, including milestone achievements, impacts to the roadmap, and priority adjustments needed. Compile, analyze, and present statistics about time estimation accuracy, team velocity, and burn down rates.
  • Communicate team progress and dependencies with other Scrum Masters and resolve or escalate blocking impediments as necessary.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
  • Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.


Other Duties as Assigned:



  • Communicate the capabilities of an ERP, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, to ITS teams and other directorates that may not be aware of the financial services or other functionality that may be available.
  • Communicate the new strategies and capabilities unfolding with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies, especially as they yield opportunities for the automation and enhancement of financial business processes across the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations for Quarterly Steering Committee meetings as well as other meetings at the executive level where FBH work is represented.
