St. Jude is seeking a Director of Student Programs to lead the strategic planning, development, and management of experiential learning and workforce development initiatives for undergraduate, master's, and PhD students.
The Director of Student Programs will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director for Research Education and Training to develop a strategic plan to recruit, educate, and develop talented students for experiential learning opportunities and workforce development at St. Jude. Our student programs encompass undergraduate, master's, and PhD level students from local, national, and international academic institutions and are primarily focused on biomedical research. With growing opportunities in other sectors of the institution, including business and administration, patient care, and campus operations, as well as biomedical research, the Director of Student Programs will help create and implement a strategy that supports institutional goals and incorporates best practices in academic administration. Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $104,000 - $186,160 per year for the role of Director-Student Programs.Explore our exceptional benefits!
