This intern opportunity is based out of our beautiful Andover, MA facility which offers many benefits including an onsite fitness center with yoga and fitness training classes,onsite game rooms, full-service cafe, free parking and more. Andover supports the design and assembly of our patient monitoring products.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management or Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of medical device development. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and delivery of sophisticated medical device projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and management of project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, regulatory, and quality assurance, to ensure project goals are met.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and challenges.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and majoring in engineering management or program management. Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering also considered.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Proficient in reporting tools such as excel or access. Must be proficient in the use of excel and/or other Microsoft reporting tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow actions through to completion.
• Good decision making capabilities and ability to coordinate multiple tasks between various individuals and resources.

The design, development and manufacturing of Draeger's Patient Monitoring product line takes place in our Andover, Massachusetts location.
