JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Program Coordinator to provide support to a newly created Nurse Anesthesia Program, which is shared with the College of Medicine at the Hershey Campus. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training to our nurse anesthesia students, preparing them to excel in their professional careers. The Nurse Anesthesia Education Program Coordinator facilitates the administration of the Nurse Anesthesia Program by assisting the Director and Assistant Director of the Nurse Anesthesia Program with day-to-day operations. You will assist with administering the program and its evaluation, meeting and event coordination, financial transactions, and travel arrangements. You will also provide key support with instructor recruitment, student and course management, and Council on Accreditation (COA) accreditation materials and submissions. The Education Program Coordinator will work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing organizational and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize, to complete this position's responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: Program Support

Education and Experience: This position will be filled as an Education Program Coordinator at the level of Intermediate Support or Senior Support. The Intermediate Support level requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) for education and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional education and/or experience are required for higher-level positions. Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
