Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished and experienced director to lead our global HR Program Management Office (PMO). Reporting to the VP, HR Enablement, you will oversee key bodies of work including Business Program Management, Enterprise HR Processes Project Management, and other HR Operational/Transformation Programs. You will also have budget ownership and management for the HR organization, driving prioritization, understanding, and consistency across HR. The HR PMO Director will set the direction of the HR PMO and lead enterprise-wide deployment, and execution of HR priorities related to the strategic framework and HR's integrated business goals.

You will be located in our Milwaukee, WI global headquarters.

Your Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development:

  • You will lead managers who have accountability for Business Program Management, Enterprise HR Processes, and other HR Operational/Transformation Programs.
  • You will also advocate to develop data and technology literacy within the HR PMO team, ensuring all members understand how to leverage data and HR technologies.

Strategic Partnerships & Direction:

  • You will cultivate collaborative relationships with the HR leadership team and their extended teams.
  • You will set the direction of the HR PMO, driving the deployment and execution of HR priorities following the strategic framework and integrated business objectives.
  • Lastly, you will work with the HR leadership team to lead prioritization and agreement among the extended teams.

Budget Management:

  • You will manage the HR organization's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources according to the HR strategy.
  • You will also collaborate with finance to train and support cost center managers in managing their respective budgets.

Other HR Operational/Transformation Programs:

  • As assigned, you will lead key HR Operational/Transformation Programs, overseeing end-to-end HR strategy and processes for these programs.
  • You will partner with the HR leadership team to bring issues regarding change management and resourcing to the forefront, ensuring successful HR integration resourcing and planning.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of relevant work experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years' management experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years' of overall human resources experience or equivalent relevant experience. This included experience gained in a global engineering, software, or manufacturing environments.
  • Professional qualifications in HR, HR Project Management, or HR Program Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
  • Experience with HR program management, with a history of leading multiple teams.
  • Successful budget management experience in and around resource allocation.
  • Experience managing HR strategy and processes for mergers and acquisitions.
