Job Objective: The E-Commerce Product Lister is an entry-level role performing a variety of processing duties to achieve our common goal of selling donated items online for our retail store teams. Essential Functions: * Quickly and efficiently process goods across all product categories as directed. * Check the condition of items to ensure they meet defined quality standards. * Maintain established productivity goals without loss of quality of work. * Clean and prepare goods for sale as needed. * Ensure manifests align with items as they arrive at the facility. * Receives, moves, and places carts, containers, and barrels containing donations, trash, and As-Is for processing in designated areas. * Places appropriate storage labels on the containers. * Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. to move product in, out, and within the warehouse. * Facilitate the flow of goods to the store listing stage. * Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly manner with clean-up activities performed throughout the day. * Assist with all departmental functions, as need including shipping, sorting product, listing product, storing product, and testing product. Three to five years experience in a similar environment preferred Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with customers, management, and co-workers. Above average grammar, spelling, and writing skills. Basic computer skills including but not limited to use of the Microsoft Office suite, internet browsers, payroll program, and all other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC. Ability to use basic math skills. Good speaking, hearing, and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
