Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a critical role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations. TPMs oversee programs through from beginning to end, partnering with their engineering leads to set the framing for successful programs, and ensuring a better workflow and more effective communication. They work closely with executives and key company stakeholders to drive critical programs and activities across the company. Technical Program Managers will drive a multi-year effort to lead large-scale program(s) to evolve the Hyperforce architecture to meet scalability, availability, and trust requirements, We are seeking an individual that is passionate about security and compliance, a creative problem solver and a change agent who seeks out roadblocks or tough organizational issues, views them as an opportunity and drives resolution.Responsibilities:

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $223,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $244,200.
