Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in NYC Description Our client, a top law firm, is looking for a Systems Administrator who would be part of the Enterprise Systems team in IT Operations. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the technical administration of specific enterprise applications at the firm used by the firm's attorneys and business support professionals. Other responsibilities: * Manage application servers, performance, stability, uptime, and security. * Responsible for the analysis and resolution of problems affecting the system, including those related to data, software, servers, connectivity, and functionality. * Performs installation, configuration, and maintenance of system software including upgrades and patches. * Monitors system health and performance and creates and maintains technical documentation. Top Skills' Details * Perform day-to-day administration and support of the Firms enterprise Legal and Financial systems. * The specific systems covered may change depending on the expertise of the candidate and the firms needs. Some applications may include InterAction, iManage, EMS (conference room scheduling software), and Elite 3E. * Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance. * Troubleshoot application issues and serve as an escalation point for user support. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $93200.00 - $142150.00/yr.
