What You Will Do ...

SourceAmerica is searching for a Program Analyst to join its team. This role supports the effective execution of IT initiatives by assisting in the analysis, tracking, and reporting of programs within the IT PMO. This role works closely with the Director of IT PMO, Program Managers, and Agile teams to ensure transparency, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. The Program Analyst contributes to portfolio governance, financial tracking, risk assessment, and performance reporting to support data-driven decision-making across IT initiatives.

This position helps connect our network of over 575 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000+ people with disabilities nationally.

* Due to the requirements of this position - The candidate must be based near SourceAmerica's National Office in Vienna, VA (greater-Washington, DC metro area). SourceAmerica's employees who live within 30 commuting miles of our offices work in a hybrid setting with 2-3 days in office and the balance as remote work.

What You Will Do ...

As a Program Analyst, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.



  • Support decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in maintaining alignment between IT programs and business, contract, and regulatory priorities.
  • Assist in the analysis and reporting of portfolio-level initiatives to support alignment with product roadmaps and business strategy.
  • Coordinate with the IT Financial/Contract Analyst in the Office of the CIO to ensure alignment on IT financial performance and budgeting across the organization.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Business Owners, and Agile teams to ensure transparency in program execution.
  • Identify, document, and manage risk mitigation plans, dependencies, and escalations across IT programs.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and best practices.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.


Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $105,000 - 115,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

What You Must Bring ...



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in program/project analysis, IT governance, or portfolio management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working with software development lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with financial tracking and resource planning in an IT environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across IT and business teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in program/project analysis, IT governance, or portfolio management.
  • SAFe certified.
  • Experience with compliance documentation for network/system interconnections.

  • We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes- experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.




Work Environment

Our organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek.
