What You Will Do ... SourceAmerica is searching for a Program Analyst to join its team. This role supports the effective execution of IT initiatives by assisting in the analysis, tracking, and reporting of programs within the IT PMO. This role works closely with the Director of IT PMO, Program Managers, and Agile teams to ensure transparency, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. The Program Analyst contributes to portfolio governance, financial tracking, risk assessment, and performance reporting to support data-driven decision-making across IT initiatives. This position helps connect our network of over 575 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000+ people with disabilities nationally. * Due to the requirements of this position - The candidate must be based near SourceAmerica's National Office in Vienna, VA (greater-Washington, DC metro area). SourceAmerica's employees who live within 30 commuting miles of our offices work in a hybrid setting with 2-3 days in office and the balance as remote work. What You Will Do ... Bachelors (required)
Experience
5 years: Experience with agile management and adaptive phase approach. (required)
