As a Digital Marketing Analyst Intern on Chamberlain Group's Marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, email reporting, e-commerce development and analysis. You'll collaborate with internal channel owners, creative teams, and business units to support the execution, analysis and optimization of e-commerce campaigns across web and email platforms.

In this role, you'll work on creating data-driven advertising programs designed to generate leads and drive adoption at scale across diverse audience segments, giving you valuable real-world experience in the dynamic field of digital marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As an intern, you can expect to:

  • Assist in executing, analyzing and optimizing promotional campaigns across email and web channels.

  • Analyze data and A/B tests for email and web to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Support the creative planning, briefing, and production process.

  • Contribute ideas for testing experiments and conversion tests to improve key metrics, collaborating with internal business units to execute testing.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and in-platform dashboards.

  • Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to develop concepts and code templates for emails and related landing pages.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.

  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing insights with marketing stakeholders.

  • Support the email deployment schedule and analyze and report on campaign performance to internal teams.

  • Support website redesign initiatives, code refinement, and conducting browser and accessibility testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Be currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Have a demonstrated ability to interpret marketing data and analytics to draw insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaign performance.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with Google Workspace.

  • Possess strong organizational and project management skills, enabling you to plan, execute, and monitor multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Must be able to work onsite at our Oak Brook, IL office (15 miles west of Chicago) at least three days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

We'd love it if you also have:

  • A strong interest in e-commerce, particularly how it relates to email and web marketing and data analytics.

  • Basic knowledge of email and web marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Hybris/ SAP.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics/ G4, Power BI and a desire to learn about A/B testing.

  • Basic coding skills HTML/CSS and or JavaScript.

The pay rate for this position is $20.00 - $31.00 / per hour; hourly pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
