JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing facilities planning, building maintenance, reception and switchboards, mailroom, conference rooms and Employee Services functions. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Manage facilities planning including physical layout and space allocation, office moves, preparation of cost estimates for space allocations, coordination with departments / contractors for reconfiguring space, furniture and equipment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Required Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Office Management Experience Supervisory Experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills / Abilities and Knowledge Develop and manage comprehensive analytics dashboards and reports using tools such as MicroStrategy, Microsoft PowerApps, and SQL.
