What are we looking for?

We are seeking for an Incubation Strategy Specialist who will bridge between our customers' challenges, cutting-edge AI research topics, and product roadmap to produce future vision narratives for our customers. This role will work closely with our research managers to understand the future capabilities; our product managers, to find the right gaps in our product where innovation can push it forward; and directly with our customers to inspire and partner with them to bring the collective vision to life. This role requires a strong background in user experience design, narrative creation, and an affinity to emerging technologies.

Your Impact/Responsibilities:

  • Human-Centered Design: using a deep understanding of HCD methodologies and design thinking, you'll conduct discovery with our customers, as well as with our internal stakeholders to identify end-user needs and come up with innovative solutions.

  • Narrative & Storytelling: Create end-to-end narratives that bring to life a vision and a north-star that will be used to communicate the value and solution.

  • Creative Execution: Develop screens and visuals that tell the narrative using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered applications.

  • User Experience Design: Create storyboards, screens, and other design elements to convey the user experience while tying it to the user and business needs

  • Vision Demos and PoCs: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring demos and proof-of-concepts to life in the AI Research environment, as web, mobile, and future-ui applications/modalities

  • Customer-facing presentations: Meet with executive customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact presentations that will convey the vision

  • Strategic Planning: Work across teams and disciplines to identify and align on research areas, product fit and strategic customers to best align with the incubation priorities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in fields related to design & user experience

  • Impeccable eye for design and sense for storytelling

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

  • High proficiency in design and presentation applications (Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Slides, Keynote, etc.)

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with Agentforce and AI technologies.

  • Good understanding of Salesforce products and Enterprise use cases

  • Experience creating Salesforce applications and/or demos

  • Curiosity to leverage AI-powered tools (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, generative image/video/sound tools, etc.)

  • Big plus for having front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

  • Big plus for having motion / animation skills (Aftereffects, Motion, etc.)

  • Proven track record of delivering high impact visions

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,850 to $225,260. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,850 to $225,260. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,850 to $225,260. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
