What you will do:

You will provide specialized payroll administrative support to employees and line managers.

How you will do it:

  • Provide specialized administrative support to employees and line managers.

  • Respond to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise.

  • Administer and execute certain HR programs.

  • Collect and analyze data to support HR activities. Process complex data requests.

  • Act as a subject Matter expert advising junior team members, including leadership on best course of action related to timecard and pay, based on technical expertise.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or Business Management with 2 or more years of Human Resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and HR experience.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Must demonstrate the ability to organize and implement employee programs. Ability to work in close association with all levels of employees while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related HR Systems as needed.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills a must.

This is an onsite role at our Norman, OK site.
