Focus on quality and innovation ensures that their windows not only look great but also provide energy efficiency and durability. *Job Overview* This position is responsible for assisting the Quality department to meet and exceed company goals. The Quality Auditor is responsible for auditing windows and doors on any of our production lines. This position will aid in training the other line associates on Quality Standards. This position will assist in the development and implementation of improvement ideas, and to assist in the validation of those changes. The Quality Auditor is responsible for providing supervisors with immediate feedback on any Quality issues on the production line. *Highlights of your role * This individual must participate and contribute in team environment, possess self-motivating skills, and be dependable and trustworthy. This individual must possess skills to: problem solve, train, direct, and communicate effectively. This individual must possess proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities. This individual must also be able to work with power tools and computer equipment and possess common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. This position will monitor the quality of the products produced on the production line and provide feedback to supervisors on product quality issues. Other duties assigned. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
