Will lead the production planning and procurement activities at USAntibiotics manufacturing facility through the complete production cycle. Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates. Ensures internal/external customer satisfaction and maintain inventory adherence to targets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Initiate quotation process, develop and improve supplier relationships and performance.
* Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) for materials and non-inventory items
* Plan and manage material replenishment to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer orders.
* Develop and identify lead times and sales orders to ensure release of material with respect to capacity
planning and material requirements.
* Maintain adequate levels of stocked and controlled components to meet anticipated production
demands, adjusting, as needed, to minimize shortages or overages.
* Take ownership of all material-planning related processes and procedure documentation utilizing MRP to analyze requirements for raw materials and packaging materials.
* Work with manufacturing team to plan and coordinate production schedules and identify and report plant capacity and/or constraints.
* Monitor finished good inventory levels at distribution center to determine finished pack release and shipment prioritization for the site.
* Make recommendations to meet changing forecasts and sales requirements in a fast-paced environment.
* Create SAP Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders. ensure inventory materials are received on time, in full, at agreed price.
* Perform SAP data maintenance for procurement and production planning data.
* Submit Rejection Notices for obsolete, damaged, and expired materials.
* Complete Material Disposition Forms for rejected materials and maintain executed disposition forms.

* Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with warehouse personnel.
* Work with accounting team, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies as needed.
* Ability to use independent discretion and judgement for 75% of responsibilities.
* Responsible for analyzing and recommending improvements of financial impacts on the business.
* Other duties as needed or required.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
* Three years' experience in the field of material planning and production scheduling in a manufacturing environment at an execution level preferred.
* Mastery of plant planning and purchasing for production, typical ERP, MRP, (i.e., SAP or similar manufacturing software).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
* Ability to understand documents including Bill of Materials (BOMs), Change Orders, and procedures.
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project,Teams).
* Understanding of MRP Master Data objects(Material Master, Procurement Data, MRP Data) and how they interact.
* Understanding of with material specifications, COA's, COC's and ability to analyze material requirements using SAP, reports, and forecasting tools.
* Ability to effectively communicate material requirements to both domestic and international suppliers.

* Able to read and understand supplier order confirmations.
* Demonstrated organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to make accurate decisions and maintain flexibility while under pressure to address changing production requirements while maintaining professionalism.
* Excellent documentation skills required.
* Knowledge of FDA, Customs material documention requirements.
* Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written procedures.
* Understanding of cGMP working enviroment.
* Ability to work well with executive management and frontline associates to embrace challenges and
drive continuous improvement.
* Ability to serve both internal and external customers.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal working conditions are office area, Monday - Friday during regular business hours. This job may require extended working hours, shifts, weekends, and travel as necessary to support overall company objectives and goals of the site. This job may require attending meetings and other job-related functions
offsite when required to support business circumstances. This job requires reasonable mobility and stamina required to perform departmental audits, departmental gowning/access, conduct group meetings in person or using virtual platforms, and other physically demanding tasks.
