We are seeking a Senior Global Facilities Project Manager who will be integral to maintain facilities standards throughout the various 10x locations. You will lead the day-to-day activity of the Facilities projects team and will partner with company stakeholders to create clearly defined scopes, timelines and cost budgets for various facilities supported projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global project delivery strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth plans.
- Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals; both internal and external vendors.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycles, including:
- Due diligence and approval
- Design development and engineering
- Budgeting and cost control
- Procurement and contracting
- Construction management and supervision
- Commissioning and validation
- Project closeout
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Create global standards for facilities projects delivery and design specifications.
- Own the facilities documentation process including as-builts and project documentation
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, including reducing business impact due to project activities.
- Implement best practices in construction management and project delivery.
- Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and present CAPEX budget and cost tracking, reporting and approvals.
- Travel globally as needed to oversee project sites and teams.
- Support and maintain company AutoCAD drawings
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Facilities Manager, Construction Project Manager or similar role; working in a highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering; or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with project management software and tools; AutoCAD, Revu, BMS systems, Ecostruxure, Trinity, Antec controls.
- Demonstrated understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including CDA systems, flow meters, boilers, chillers, AHU, and BMS systems, RODI systems
- Deep understanding of biomanufacturing facility design and construction requirements, including cleanroom technology, HVAC systems, and process utilities.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control methodologies.
- Outstanding organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a global environment and managing international teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one's skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company's total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x's equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
