Job Description

Summary: Responsibilities: 1.Conducts analysis and reporting on Family Medicine financial information and patient care delivery systems including access to care, patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational planning. 2.Provides reporting on provider productivity, volume trends, budget variance, schedule utilization, and program participation. 3.Facilitates data collection and reporting for the Family Medicine faculty compensation plan, including quarterly incentive calculations. 4.Designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of improvement projects. 5.Provides primary analysis & decision support for the four outpatient clinics of the Department of Family Medicine Center, its community health programs, and other Family Medicine initiatives as assigned. 6.Works under the guidance of Family Medicine's Associate Chair for Administration (ACA), collaborating regularly with the Director of Clinical Operations, Medical Directors, and Department Chair.
