Your Title: Global Sales Process Analyst Job Location: US - Portland, OR or Westminster, CO Our Department: Sales Operations Policy & Administration, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Sector We are looking for a Global Sales Process Analyst to be responsible for driving and supporting the requirements of Trimble's Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Sector (AEC) and our global sales organization through the development and management of our business systems and processes. What You Will Do The role is focused on driving increased revenue by delivering process clarity to our sales teams, and enhancing business performance through continuous process improvement. With a global focus, there will be a requirement to establish alignment and consistency across the Sector's geographies, businesses and sales organizations. You will report to the Manager of Sales Operations, Policy and Administration in Trimble's AEC org, and your work will be critical to the continued revenue growth of Trimble. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize sales processes, and standardize process excellence across the AEC sales organization. * Analyze existing Salesforce processes to identify improvement areas, develop automation, improve end user experience, reduce costs, and/or save time. * Work closely with sales leaders, platform teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align process improvement initiatives with business objectives and priorities. * Ensure that all processes and procedures are well-documented, robust, effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders, and kept up to date to guarantee seamless operational performance. * Collaborate with Sales Enablement on communication and training plans for enabling sellers on Salesforce process enhancements or new process implementations. * Develop, implement, and communicate clear Rules of Engagement (ROE) policies to ensure proper sales team alignment. * Work with Salesforce Administrators to implement and test process improvements in the CRM as requested. * Maintain Salesforce data integrity to align with new and existing processes. * Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed by the organization. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring * Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience. * Proven experience in process improvement, with a track record of driving positive results. * Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner. * Experience in either a sales, sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics role. * Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. * Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Domo (or similar BI tools). * Communication: Strong analytical, written and verbal communication with a professional presence. Demonstrates understanding and discretion in interactions with co-workers, customers, vendors, and others. * Cross-Functional: Excels at managing multiple projects and shifting demands seamlessly. Works cross-functionally with ease. * Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgment. * Ability to manage change and expectations positively in a fast-moving environment. - Pay Equity- Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
