DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Registers, tests, and releases weekly software launches and updates.
  • Works with project team to update and optimize the content management systems.
  • Works with partner teams to ensure timely release of new titles, updates and download codes.
  • Tests and verifies new tool integrations and updates.
  • Reports and tracks operation tool bugs.
  • Proofreads copy, confirms specifications and registers digital content.
  • Identifies and resolves digital distribution issues.
  • Supports continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and increase productivity.
  • Supports initiatives such as Nintendo Switch Online, Nintendo News, download codes, Gold Point program, and price promotions.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with execution of complex programs and projects.
  • Support projects and tasks in a variety of cross-functional areas.
  • Experience with workflow process improvement (identification and solutions).
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent PC Skills.
  • Experience with project management tools a plus (Jira, Redmine, Confluence).
  • Video Games industry experience a plus.
  • E-commerce experience a plus.
  • Japanese language fluency a plus.
  • Requires basic knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a job family; has exposure to current practices and procedures through coursework or internship.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $28.12 - $44.95 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
