**CANDIDATES MUST BE ALREADY LOCAL TO NEWPORT BEACH, CA * **NOT AVAILABLE FOR C2C / C2H * 1. Partner with data architects, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. 2. Design & build scalable products with robust security, quality and governance protocols. 3. Lead delivery of data engineering pipelines to enable Sales, Marketing, Advanced Analytics and CRM use-cases 4. Create low-level design artifacts, including mapping specifications. 5. Build scalable and reliable data pipelines to support data ingestions (batch and /or streaming) and transformation from multiple data sources using cloud based technologies. 6. Create unit/integration tests and implement automated build and deployment. 7. Participate in code reviews to ensure standards and best practices. 8. Deploy, monitor, and maintain production systems. 9. Use the Agile Framework to organize, manage and execute work. 10. Demonstrate adaptability, initiative and attention to detail through deliverables and ways of working. *Skills* Sql, snowflake, DBT, Azure, Data warehouse, devops, ci/cd *Top Skills Details* Sql, snowflake, DBT, Azure, Data warehouse *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1. Understanding of data engineering best practices and data integration patterns 2. 2+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD 3. 1+ years of experience (not just POC) in using Git and Python 4. Experience in agile methodologies. 5. Effective communication & facilitation; both verbal and written 6. Team-Oriented: Collaborating effectively with team and stakeholders 7. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with ability to breakdown complex data solutions 8. Experience with automation, scripting, and testing in data delivery environment 9. Understanding of data catalogs, glossary, data quality, and effective data governance 10. Financial Services/Investments/Insurance domain knowledge 11. Experience working in complex data systems *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $77.46 - $80.98/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
