About the role:

As a Senior Planning Analyst you will support our organization's data-driven culture. The analyst will use their coding skills to manage, analyze, and transform data, allowing key stakeholders to make informed demand management decisions. This includes designing interactive dashboards and analyzing and predicting resource trends.

The analyst will need to merge data from multiple sources of information and interpret it to create an accurate representation of future resource demand behavior by external customers (Business Units) and internal business segments. You will work with the sources of data originating from Business Unit Leads, Supply Chain planners and production schedulers, financial analysts and others.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Global SIOP and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role remotely.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Gathering: Identify where to find data within the organization and collecting from multiple systems



  • Data Cleansing: Define the data format and finding and correcting errors within the source data to ensure accuracy of the consolidated demand profile



  • Understand the demand signal to interpret trends and identify anomalies



  • Create interactive dashboards with clear charts and graphs



  • Communicate with important leads across global business to gather data and clarify any identified errors



  • Develop charts for monthly review meetings




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required



  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with complex databases and statistical analysis is preferred



  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL,, PowerBI, Tableau
