Job Title: Continuous Process Improvement Consultant
Pay Rate: $80-$250/hr
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area - 25%-50% travel anticipated to client site

Experience/Skills Required:
  • Extensive experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
  • Expertise in revenue cycle processes and automated workflows from front end to back end.
  • Proficiency in continuous process improvement methodologies, such as Lean management, Scaled Agile (SAFe), or root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue cycle management, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements.
  • Skilled in utilizing advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data-driven decision-making.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Optimize revenue cycle operations to ensure seamless processes and meet financial objectives.
  • Plan, direct, and deliver project outcomes that align with client needs and expectations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement using continuous improvement techniques.
  • Work in an advisory capacity w all stakeholders such as Senior management / Ops/ Supply Chain / Distribution/ Customer Service/ Billing & Compliance to identify process efficiencies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and necessary changes after and during root cause analysis.
  • Facilitate the resolution of process improvement challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  • Develop KPI-driven solutions to streamline processes and improve cash collection.
  • Create comprehensive process maps, workflows, and value stream analyses to identify inefficiencies and cost errors.
  • Conduct end-to-end revenue lifecycle assessments and recommend strategies to optimize operations.
  • Manage quality improvement initiatives, proposing data-driven and evidence-based solutions.
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements and eliminate non-value-added steps.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be willing to travel to client locations in Florida, with an estimated travel frequency of 25-50%

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
