*Description*
This position's main purpose is to perform analysis, forecasting, modeling, tracking, and reporting of data for the Network Services organization. Network Services provides planning, design, procurement, implementation, maintenance, and project/program management of Southern Company's data, wireless LAN, Fixed Wireless, voice, and firewall networks. Data will be used to identify trends, patterns, achievements, and opportunities for improvement and provide insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. The IT Support Analyst will work collaboratively with the leadership team, architects, engineers, and others across the Technology Organization (TO) to automate and support the organization's day-to-day business operations and long-term strategies. *Organize and analyze project and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and assist/lead with automation & continuous process improvements. *Assist with asset management initiatives to improve accuracy and visibility of physical assets and associated licensing & support contracts. *Assist with lifecycle planning and reporting of End of Sale/Support devices to facilitate selection of annual lifecycle projects. *Assist Lifecycle Program Manager with reporting of program progress, budgets, year-end projections, successes, and pain points. *Assist with training program development, administration, and reporting. *Assist with Network Capacity Planning and Implementation oAuditing of systems and network capacity applications performance. oMeasuring and reporting on total and utilized capacity of a broad range of core IT infrastructure resources. oPrepare network performance models and plan capacity effectively. oProvide maximum capacity forecasting for all resource capacity requirements. oDesign and maintain all performance capacity reports and statistics for management. *Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate project and operational metrics and findings to key stakeholders and management. *Lead efforts to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with standard processes. *Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting for project and operational KPI's. *Assist with network monitoring reporting, auditing, quality control, and documentation standards and best practices. *Skills* power bi, salesforce, excel, process improvement, python, tableau, oracle financials, powerpoint, sharepoint *Top Skills Details* power bi,salesforce,excel,process improvement *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, engineering, statistics, or related degree. *Experience with reporting and analytics development, implementation, and automation, along with data analysis and interpretation. *Experience evaluating, recommending, and leading process improvements to automate or improve operational efficiencies. *Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. *Experience with Power BI, Sitetracker, Salesforce, Tableau, and/or other dashboard or visualization tools. *Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. *Self-starter with the ability to effectively organize tasks, manage multiple priorities and responsibilities, meet schedules, and deliver on commitments. *Experience in a network, telecom, or other infrastructure role is a bonus but not required. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $56.00/hr.
