Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst, Fostoria, OH
As a Business Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and present data in order to support decision-making, problem solving, and process improvement efforts of the Association.

What You'll Do:
- Engage strategic thinking skills to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of products and solutions.
- Serve as a primary source for Association data and reporting.
- Provide support and training to Association team members in order to successfully implement products and solutions and to foster development of technical skills across all Association users in order to achieve marginal gains of efficiency.
- Understand and communicate business results to users, decision makers and others in a way they can understand, while considering the impact of their reports, information shared, etc.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Information Management or related
- 2 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to learn coding using SQL, Python, VBA, and other database or analytical tools.
- Ability to interpret data, communicate effectively and multitask on various projects.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
