Description and Requirements The Sr. Manager, NA SMB Omnichannel Digital Strategy has a pivotal role within the North American SMB Segment and is responsible for spearheading the strategic vision and implementing the technical transformation required to accelerate the SMB business. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, including IT, eCommerce, channel, sales transformation, marketing, and other groups, to drive innovative advancement to existing systems and introduce new solutions to accelerate growth. The successful candidate will leverage their experience and outside insights to bring solutions that leapfrog our competition. Leveraging AI and other innovative technologies while optimizing internal processes, this leader will play a central role in shaping the future of sales and customer experience in North America. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader motivated by an entrepreneurial environment with proven success in driving technical transformations connected to a structured business management system to deliver on all business objectives. You work well in a matrixed environment, are results-oriented, driven by excellence, and understand how technology powers positive commercial outcomes. The successful candidate possesses demonstrated success in leading change in organizations that offer a wide range of offerings across Infrastructure and Datacenter Solutions, PC, Tablets, Workstations, Software, and Services via multiple direct and indirect channels.
