We are hiring a Hotel Event Cook that will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to event specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and timely services for our leading client located in Alexandria, LA. Schedule: 8am - 6pm, time varies (one day event) Pay: $18/hr. Daily tasks: Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and event guidelines. Ensure food quality and presentation meet hotel standards. Manage food preparation timelines to ensure all meals are served promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with kitchen cleanup after the event. Qualifications: Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a hotel or event setting. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and food presentation. Must wear all-black attire (black shirt, pants, and shoes). Reliable and punctual.
