Job Description General Responsibilities: As a Geotechnical Senior Engineer with our West Virginia Transportation Team, you'll be asked to assist in providing engineering and consulting services for a wide variety of transportation projects and clients across West Virginia. Typical projects may include but not be limited to roadways, bridges, landslides, and airports. Duties will include assisting the geotechnical department manager with transportation sector focused field investigations, engineering analysis and design, calculations, recommendations, and reviewing related reports for the services provided; tracking and evaluating project progress; researching and resolving design and construction issues and providing solutions; and applying sound engineering principles and communicating complex engineering issues and concepts to technical and non-technical clients and project teams.
