Overview: Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a PC Support Technician in Contoocook, NH. This is an onsite contract position with benefits.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support for approximately 280 employees.
  • Handle in-stock IT assets and track inventory using spreadsheets.
  • Perform software installations and set up new hardware.
  • Build and image laptops (manual process, training provided).
  • Troubleshoot printer issues and other peripheral devices.
  • Assist with asset management, including tracking and maintaining IT equipment.
  • Perform routine IT maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Occasionally travel to another location a few miles away (mileage reimbursed).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., walk frequently, and work in a manufacturing/plant setting.
  • Comfortable working in a sometimes noisy or dusty environment (safety gear provided).
  • Basic knowledge of asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Experience with laptop imaging and setup (manual process, will train).
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel to a nearby facility.
