Equipment Reliability Engineering Co-Op - Fall 2025

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Equipment Reliability Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

What You'll Do:
* Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
* Identifies and plans implementation of precision maintenance practices (lubrication excellence, alignment & balancing, etc.)
* Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.
* Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.
* Provides support for the maintenance planning & scheduling function
* Coordinates with multiple facilities to ensure overall maintenance standards are developed and to promote the spreading of best practices

* Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
* Graduation Year: December 2025 or 2026, 2027

Eligibility:
* Must be a currently enrolled student
* Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in July through December
* Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program

* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Must be able to work in cleanroom environment for long periods of time. Must be able to use hand tools safely and efficiently.
