About the Job
We seek an inquisitive, passionate, and personable individual to join our Energy & Sustainability Implementation Team as an Implementation Specialist.
The Implementation Specialist is the first point of contact with our clients after they have signed on. You are responsible for delivering on-boarding, training, and ongoing implementation support to our clients. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, along with comprehensive product and configuration knowledge to ensure successful implementations. Key responsibilities include data migration support and conducting virtual classroom training sessions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client service, excellent communication and presentation skills and a strong proficiency in Excel. They should be organized, detail oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What you will do
*Guide clients through the initial setup and configuration of their Energy product.
*Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client inquiries and issues.
*Conduct virtual classroom training sessions to educate clients on platform features and best practices.
*Assist stakeholders with data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data.
*Work alongside a project management team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful client implementations.
*Document all client communication (verbal or written) accurately.
*Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
*Maintain in-depth knowledge of the platform's features and services offered.

The pay range for this position is $49,350 - $84,600 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
What you need
*BA/BS OR 2+ years customer service experience in lieu of degree
*Well organized, with the ability to prioritize and adapt well to shifting priorities and schedules.
*Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
*Excellent client service and relationship-building skills. A general desire to ensure our client's success in leveraging our products and services.
*Experience with MS Office suite and knowledge of SaaS.
*Proven business analysis skills and problem-solving mentality.
