Experienced in a fast-paced call center environment? Able to troubleshoot a computer issue and then fix it? If so, you could find a home on the Local Site IT team at Spectrum. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Technical Specialist I you'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing system upgrades, and ensuring the smooth operation of call center technology. Key responsibilities include deploying and maintaining PCs, monitors, and peripheral devices, supporting VoIP and Webex calling systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve asset management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure our call center agents can operate effectively and efficiently.
