Looking for strong helpdesk technicians in the Grand Rapids, MI area!! Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems - Identify and address user issues, and provide troubleshooting advice - Develop and implement user training programs to educate users on new technologies and software - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems and procedures - Act as escalation point of contact for VoIP phone system - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems - Identify and address user issues, and provide troubleshooting advice - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems and procedures - Act as escalation point of contact for VoIP phone system *Skills* Remote user support, desktop deployment, Mobile devices, Help desk, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Technical support, service now, Office 365, Windows, itsm, helpdesk troubleshooting *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Windows and Mac experience is a plus for this role. Working and supporting windows PCs, Mac PCs, Apple devices.. "we can build from there." *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
